As part of a Leadership & Growth Summit we organized, we were asked to design and implement an entertaining and interactive event around a leadership guest speaker, Bill George, a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, author of four best-selling books and currently the faculty chair of HBS’s Executive Education program Authentic Leadership Development. The event was hosted at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. Focusing on the Company’s drive growth strategy, we incorporated a closest to the pin contest with glow in the dark golf balls! Players try to hit their ball closest to the hole in a single shot from the teeing ground and the player whose ball is closest to the hole wins. Our extensive services include creative concepts for events, design and delivery of event materials and turnkey event management. Many companies have corporate social responsibility programs that tie strategically into their business goals and many are interested in a one off campaign. Either way, Corporate Groups and Corporate Social Responsibility go hand in hand and can really make a difference. Why not create your own Green Teams and launch your community service efforts to support April and Earth Month. Incorporating CSR programs into meetings and events is powerful. Supporting non-profits such as Clean the World and Habitat for Humanity are popular. A day of community service builds team and morale in powerful ways. Success may be getting volunteers for a park clean-up, tree planting with the Arbor Day Foundation, organizing a food drive or building bikes for local youth. Giving is incredibly rewarding. We can help you develop and execute events that support your overall CSR strategy. CSR events develop leadership within the company, improve individual performance, and enhance overall workplace engagement.
