Meeting Logistics Managed a Successful 15 City Roadshow Tour

June 2013 – Meeting Logistics managed a Roadshow Tour of Events for a San Francisco, CA based technology company focused on video marketing and programmatic branding. Looking to expand their global presence, the client identified 15 cities to best reach their target audience. ML was tasked with selecting appropriate venues that fit specific criteria for each event; modern décor, technological amenities and pre-determined locations within each destination.

In a month’s time, Meeting Logistics sourced, contracted and executed Roadshow events in the United States (Atlanta, Dallas, New York, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco & Seattle), Canada (Toronto) and Europe (London, Paris, Dusseldorf & Hamburg). Our expertise with attendee managements, customized catering menus, audiovisual and production requirements and short-term shipping timelines allowed each program to run efficiently so that the client could concentrate on the content they planned to deliver to their participants.

ML2events, our Promotional Products division even played a part in the Roadshow by obtaining company branded name badge lanyards that were handed out at each event worldwide.
