We were hired by a pharmaceutical client to juggle the complex arrangements of an important meeting that announced the new CEO. An important aspect was the finale night which would cap off a hard-working week. To unify both the meeting and the finale event, we chose the theme of “Links” to represent leadership and a common hobby amongst guests, golf. We contracted a renowned national golf club a short distance from the meeting’s hotel, where Harvard Business School Professor and bestselling author Bill George spoke to attendees. Guests enjoyed a “Closest to the Hole” putting contest, using glow in the dark golf balls and received various contest prizes.
