Delivering a Flawless Conference Experience
Meeting Logistics, LLC was contracted by the Supplier Diversity Development Council to manage their Annual conference; this year named, Diversity At Every Level. The September 20th conference created opportunities for NJ Utilities and their Prime Suppliers to make connections with Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE). The utility companies included the likes of Comcast, First Energy, AT&T, PSEG, Verizon and more. We worked as a cohesive team with the Executive Board of the Supplier Diversity Development Council, the NJ Utilities and Resource Exhibitors. With attendance well over 300, we delivered a flawless conference experience. When Meeting Logistics was contracted, the event was only a couple of months out, and our team hit the ground running by delivering strong project management, dedicated trusted vendor resources, and turnkey logistics. The conference generated outstanding results and helped to make REAL connections for the attendees.
