An Event Space Transformation

The MTG Logistics Team recalls their experience transforming a basket ball court into an elegant event space for their client:

Everything for this National Sales Meeting finale Awards Event was designed and styled by the Meeting Logistics team. Inspired by our clients tagline of progress being measured by moments in time, we decided on a time/clock theme for this wonderful celebratory evening. We chose a simple and elegant navy and gold color scheme, a beautiful up-lighting package for the draped space and made a bold statement with a grand clock gobo. Branded clock ice carving centerpieces enhanced each table and accented the colors and theme. Every details was carefully thought out, down to the small seed paper coasters that sat on each linen napkin extending the theme.

Meeting Logistics managed this event from inception to completion which included managing all of the gifts and awards.

Gifts included Apple Watches, which really aligned with the theme, Seed Paper Coasters, Pens and Crystal Awards. Attendees were even able to pick the watch they wanted and have it shipped directly to their homes.

Sales achievement awards were an important part of this event, providing a memorable way to celebrate top performer's accomplishments. Recognizing top performers with an award lets them know they are appreciated and reinforced our clients belief that recognition is a major key to their company’s success.
