Sushi team building workshops are run in a fun manner and combine an exciting mix of hands-on interactive sushi making with master chef-style competition. The group is split into smaller teams to compete against one another in a challenge to create the most beautiful and tasty sushi. Through a series of short sushi making demonstrations, the chef will teach everyone how to make 2-3 types of sushi.

The session usually lasts 1-2 hours and culminates with a team presentation to gauge which team has performed the best, and which team has not.
