Fine Wine and Dining
At the historic Biltmore Hotel – Coral Gables, Meeting Logistics executed an educational tasting event focused on unique wines of Italy. Hosted by Master Sommelier Andrew McNamara, our attendees took a journey through both the little and well known growing regions of the country from a historical and first hand perspective while learning to "taste like a sommelier". The event was the prime networking opportunity of the client's meeting which featured a theme based on the number 5. Therefore, 5 wines were chosen and the customers learned in depth details about each varietal while being taught deductive tasting skills in order to create an exceptional wine experience. At the conclusion of the presentation Mr. McNamara was inundated with questions from the intrigued audience who simply couldn't get enough of his knowledge and storytelling. The group then moved poolside for a custom dinner created to match the 5 selected wines and allow each individual to enjoy their favorite throughout the evening!
