Meeting Logistics President Cathy Mullen recounts her experience at BMW Welt, Plant and Museum:
I recently visited Germany in June and spent a lot of time in Frankfurt and Munich. While I was in Munich, one of the things high on my agenda and a must-see was the BMW Welt, Plant and Museum.
Upon seeing the building I was astonished at how modern and ground breaking the design of the building was. It looks very futuristic. It was constructed in 2007 and took 4 years to build costing an estimated US cost of $200 million dollars. The English translation of Welt is "world" so this is essentially BMW's 'world' which showcases its latest luxury vehicles, motorcycles and includes the Mini Cooper and Rolls Royce as well.
Imagine your event in this setting surrounded by luxury vehicles in a stunningly designed structure by a world renowned architect. They offer conference rooms and have a fully serviced gourmet restaurant.
The BMW Welt Event Forum is able to provide unique room concepts for individual event experiences with a capacity of max. 1,000 people.
If you're looking for a modern setting and maximum functionality for your conference, you'll be well looked after at the Business Center. Two different sized conference rooms are available, each of which can be subdivided into two smaller rooms, if required. It's ideal for both presentations and conferences with large numbers of participants and for more intimate gatherings. It goes without saying that the The Business Center is equipped with ultra-modern media and conference technology, as well as an array of professional services.
