Venue Spotlight: Turtle Bay Resort Oahu, Hawaii

MTG Logistics Founder and President, Cathy Mullen, reflects on her experience at Turtle Bay Resort:
An eleven hour flight is well worth it when you know you're on your way to Oahu and Maui. Once we landed, we took a 40 minute scenic drive from the airport to the Turtle Bay Resort, located on the northern most tip of Oahu. There we were greeted at check in by warm and friendly staff and stunning ocean views. Once you get to Turtle Bay Resort, you really don't need to leave it!
This is a great resort for groups, couples and families, with a variety of activities and amenities. There are swimming, snorkeling, and surfing beaches, as well as miles of walking paths that take you through lush forest and vines and along beautiful beach pathways. On the Turtle Bay Resort property, there are two Golf Courses, a small spa, tennis courts, horseback riding and stables and restaurants on property.
Since we had a rental car we couldn't resist hitting the north shore beaches to watch the surfers. We drove and visited Kailua Beach; beautiful white sand, kayaking, windsurfing, swimming and fun. We had lunch at Teddies Bigger Burgers, went to an Orchid Farm and the Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm. Tomorrow Aloha Maui.
