Our client celebrated their top performers with an unforgettable four-day, three-night Bahamas Incentive Program for top performers and we handled every details with flair and precision. To build excitement, we managed all promotional teasers including branded passport holders, flip flop coasters and Tommy Bahama Spice Rub Blends.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by a stunning golden sunset and our themed, "Under the Sea" welcome party complete with tropical decor - tiki torches, beach lighting, fish inspired centerpieces, themed linens, chair covers, and a Calypso band for dancing in the sand. Attendees indulged in tropical drinks and a feast of grilled lobster, fresh seafood and island favorites. In their rooms, we managed all personalized pillow gifts, via Mtgpromotions, as our client wanted to recognize their achievements and make them feel truly appreciated.
