Our pharmaceutical client chose the Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida, as the venue for their critical product launch meeting, and entrusted Meeting Logistics with full-service event management for the intricate four-day event. Drawing on our extensive corporate meeting management expertise and in-depth local knowledge, we seamlessly coordinated every detail, ensuring flawless execution of this high-stakes meeting."

From sourcing suppliers and developing creative event strategies to managing schedules, logistics, and communications, we ensured every detail was handled flawlessly. Our client requested we adopt a nautical theme into the events agenda, so we pulled out all the stops for the opening night event. This included string and up-lighting, unique furniture for lounge-type sitting areas, striped linens, specialty props, a Maui Jim sunglasses event, live acoustic entertainment and a wonderful menu displayed creatively throughout the event. Client branding was tastefully incorporated across the entire night, and the CEO commemorated this event with a personal address.

For their offsite event, we threw an unforgettable maritime-themed party on a private yacht. Employees had fun pictures taken with a custom branded life preserver and danced the night away with the help of a DJ.

We meticulously selected table sizes for optimal guest comfort and adorned the yacht with elegant ghost Chiavari chairs and specialty linens that perfectly matched the client’s logo colors, creating a cohesive and branded atmosphere. The true showstoppers were the custom-crafted boat centerpieces, each uniquely designed to reflect the brand's identity, tying the entire event’s nautical theme together in an unforgettable way. The attention to detail in the decor and the fun under the stars left a lasting impression, enhancing both the launch celebration and recognition of the companies hard work on their product launch success.
