Managing a three-day incentive program on Sea Island, GA, our client required three nights of unforgettable special evening events for their incentive winners. Our goal was to design each night to be intimate, unique, and relaxing, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees. The Boathouse Experience “Beverages, Boating & Bites”

The moment I laid eyes of Frederica Boathouse, I knew it was the idyllic setting for my pharmaceutical client's Incentive Travel Program night two event. From the initial concept to the final execution, every detail was crafted by MTG to create an unforgettable experience.
Guests arrived in style via luxury motor coach, greeted with breathtaking views of the lake and pool area. MTG ensured memorable moments were captured as guests posed for photos on the lush lawn, later cherished as keepsakes in branded frames. Working with the culinary team, everyone's palate was delighted with the oyster roast by the fire pit and tantalizing passed hors d'oeuvres, including fried okra with ancho chili dipping sauce and pecan chicken salad crostini.
The evening unfolded seamlessly, with leisurely lake cruises aboard handcrafted wooden boats, blind-bourbon tastings, and friendly games of cornhole, all thoughtfully curated by MTG. As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests were ushered into the elegant Adirondack-style boathouse, where tables adorned with exquisite florals and hand-selected linens complementing the room's natural charm.
MTG collaborated with Charleston's renowned Father/Son guitar-violin duo set the mood with their enchanting melodies during the sumptuous four-course dinner. Following dessert, the blind-bourbon tasting winner was revealed, and guests relaxed on the porch, gathered around the fireplace, or strolled the outdoor deck, savoring after-dinner cordials amidst the tranquil lake backdrop.
